Stuart Ayres Senior Deputy HeadMr Ayres is from London and studied Geology at Cardiff University before becoming an exploration geologist in the gold and oil industries all over Africa and Australia. He returned to Cardiff university to gain a Masters in Computing before working in London as an IT Consultant, discovering his passion for teaching after delivering science workshops for children in local schools.
Nat Churchill Director of Sport Outdoor LearningMs Churchill oversees all sport at the college and created the ground breaking Learning Through the Outdoors programme. Ms Churchill's background lies strongly in personal development expeditions, within Wales and the UK but around the world including Australia, South Africa and Peru.
Alicia Davies Deputy HeadteacherMiss Davies is from Snowdonia in Rural Wales, having Grown up in the countryside surrounded by animals she left Wales at 18 to study ecology and the University of East Anglia. As part of her undergraduate degree she then spent a year abroad studying Zoology at Macquarie University, Sydney Australia.
Andy Allman Director of LearningAndy is the Director of Learning and joined us from Barnard Castle School, an Independent Boarding School in County Durham, where he worked in various roles for the past 15 years. He was the Head of Psychology and Religious Studies, and  he achieved many successes including three National Good School Awards for his results at A level and GCSE. 
Ian Lloyd Assistant Headteacher Ian has 13 years’ experience in education and has taught Mathematics, Computer Science, ICT and Numeracy in three local secondary schools.  He has also worked behind the scenes for Conwy Education Services and had responsibility for timetabling, examinations and data management for one of the largest schools in North Wales.
